Going Away/New Schedule

I have posted the rest of the week, seeing as how I will be in Va Beach for Level I certification this weekend. Still following the 5 on 2 off schedule. How's everyone holding up? Those that are following it. Have a great weekend everyone, I will be back late Sunday evening. New post for Monday guaranteed!


Side Note: Crossfit York is holding the warm-up for American Lung Assoc. walk for a cure in John C. Rudy Park on Oct. 4th. Details should be up on the website. Come out and show your support for both. I assume after warm-up and walkers are off, we will workout. So again come out!

I bet the ride home was a memorable one: Great accomplishment and great new friends.

We need to check with Rusty about October 4th. The paper said it was the 5th at Rudy (the 4th was in Hanover).

Hey B! It's Amy D. I am still working out and using your plan!! I also started to lose weight...went back to Weight Watchers but making healthy choices. FINALLY...results! I have lost 4 pounds in the last two weeks...just goes to show that you cannot only do one...diet or exercise...to get results. : ) Only 50 more to go! AHHHH!

glad to hear your well, i'm so proud that your on your way. i now have two crossfit certs under my belt. running/endurance and level 1. keep following, i'll keep posting. take away all that you need. good to hear from you.
