I have posted three days of workout/rest days. Due to my leaving for the running certification. You have a workout for tomorrow. The weekend is rest days, just like last week. I will post on the cert as soon as I can. See you soon. b.

did great, only one question wrong on the written test.

40% increase in running technique and movement from first day to second. i loved it. can't wait for level I!!!!

Hey dude. Wanted to update you on some things: 17 rds. + 5 pull-ups on Cindy; max rds. in 20 for 10 burpees/20 sit-ups: 9 rds. + 10 of each; continuing to spank old times.

I now have teenagers and confirmed "runners" doing crossfit. My runner friend says it's the best workout he's ever had! Hope you're doing well.

mags, i'm doing well, very well. just got my running/endurance cert under my belt. waiting for level I, which is this upcoming weekend.

keep crushing, keep turning people on, 3 2 1 GO!

i'm going to email brian price and see if we can have a crossfit clinic at bel-air. one for crossfit and one for running/endurance.
