it went great, met some f**king cool people there. 2 crossfit certs in the bag.

still working out the details on coming into b.a.a.c. soon. i will definitely let you know.

Well done, my friend. Workouts are going great; 12:44 on Helen and 12 flat on your push press/SDHP/sit-up work-out. I got a lot of stares from that one; especially from dudes who do a set of bench and then talk for 5 minutes. There's a "workout" for you...

Just the same ol' same ol'. I'm not getting there as much as I'd like because of school and work. I took a job teaching, so I'm quitting Starbucks.

By the way, new Fran time: 6:02! So close!!
