hey man. 14:20. I scaled the C&J's to 95#. I know, I know... I was wearing a pink dress during the workout, Sally... Anyway. This was a good one.
yeah you were wearing a skirt that day. i like this workout for it's taxing of the nervous system. in terms of constant coordination of different movements. glad you enjoyed it.
