thrusters are good one to hate! nice job on knocking out the rounds though.
terry and todd myers came out and did the wod, and hung for a few. i posted it hoping someone would come.

sounds like a good idea! I'm not sure what's going on Saturday, but if I can, I'll try and come up.
our workouts are early 8:30 and 9:30. and i'm not sure if we are there this saturday. we were invited to germantown? crossfit rampant fitness. so we will have to see.
by the way, doing the first ever york marathon in may! memorial day weekend. should be great!
good stuff! I'm sure there will be a lot of satisfaction passing all the typical marathon runners: the guys with no muscle and have trouble climbing steps!
yeah i'm looking to pass a lot of people. however my first one, i want to stay humble than to get humbled. i will train accordingly. painstorms and endurance wods. it should be quite a time.
