Hey man; I re-did the very first workout you gave me: 7 rounds of 5 ring pull-ups/7 box jumps/9 ring dips/2 laps. First time was 34:45, new time is 21:32! All dips were done on the rings.

I'll be cutting back on the rogue workouts soon because of the 5k on the 15th. Any suggestions on how to prepare??

look at that progress!! per our conversation regarding this run. i wouldn't back off until the week leading up to the event. these workouts are increasing your cardio/endurance as is, further more the stronger our muscles the longer we last. what you could start to do is nutrition. paleo or zone. this way your fuel is the best it can be. one is quality and the other quantity.
your run should be a walk in the park compared to 'fran!'
