Hey man, this one did me in pretty well; I was on the floor about 3 minutes! 22:55 was my time. Not too bad. Running just kills me.
i probably need to see some form/technique issues you may have. this one destroyed because of breathing and abdominal cavity. with flexion and then extension while sucking air. i thought it was good too!
