Oh yeah! I found crossfitscotland. Yep, Scotland has crossfitters! They had a good idea combining 21-15-9 with the "Fight Gone Bad" exercises. I think I'll give it a try tomorrow.

By the way, how many rounds did you do for "The Beast?"

13 rounds. i found the snatch to be the hardest part. go figure?

Yeah they are! I'm surprised they don't have brother-in-law ass kicking and tree throwing as part of their routines!
