Hey, did Elizabeth yesterday: 14: 13. I had people watching me on this one; I think some are wondering why they spend hours in the gym and not get as good a workout.
Let them watch!!! They'll be inspired. We've all had those experiences. I found it unsettling at first, and then I think they kind of admired someone doing something different, with real exertion and intensity. Keep it up!!!
Absolutely! Maybe it's the musician in me, but I like the attention; especially when it's a cute girl coming up to me! I actually did a workout with a girl: she said she has never been that sore and blamed me for not being able to lift her arms! I said, "You're welcome," and took her out to dinner.
New "Michael" time: 24:01. Dang globogym, it takes me 30 seconds to get from the track to the back ext. station.
if you can do heart disease, diabetes, and alzheimers then pasta is the ticket. if you can't/don't have the time for the zone or measuring, paleo. meat, vegetables, nuts & seeds, fruit, no sugar.

Nice job on that time! That is great!
Spread the gospel, make them believe. Introduce them to all the "sites."
Unfortunately, we all seem to start out that way.

yeah globo's are not what you call time friendly. making the best of it though, and introducing new ways to new people.
what you have for dinner?
Dinner that night was crab cakes, steamed broccoli and a sweet potato. I can't do this Zone Diet; I have to have my cereal, pasta and bread.
