The thruster sucked!
20:50! Yeah, the thrusters ruined me! No chalk at Globogym; kept losing my grip on the deadlifts.
I have that 5k Saturday; do you suggest doing a workout tomorrow? It's a trail run, so it's not going to give a true time.
do nothing, and then jog for only 20 minutes on Friday. take your watch and time yourself. we need to know. true time?
I can do nothing! By true time I meant that I'll be running through woods, jumping streams, etc. So, it's not a 5k of asphalt. Maybe that's better, considering we train for the unpredictable! Thanks.
By the way, have you been able to set up anything here at BAAC?
no not yet, still working on it. extremely busy up here though, so finding time......
