CFT of 645; not bad for a first-time shot. It breaks down to 135# shoulder press, 195# front squat and 315# deadlift. Also, did max of push press and worked on OHS.

Funny enough, and this happened very recently, I don't really crave breads or pasta-maybe a sandwich here and there. I still like my cereal, rice and potatoes.

dude that is a great score, especially if it is your first total. a true testament to the strength built in a short period of time.

cereals, who needs them. if you think about it, most of the ingredients in that stuff in its raw form is poison. stick to the outer rim of the supermarket and you'll do fine.

oh by the way i'm experimenting with an if life. that's I.F. life. check it out.
