Did my own workout today; I call it "Chris' Conundrum:" 5 95# Thrusters, 5 Pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups; AMRAP in 20 minutes. I was ONE SIT-UP shy of 12rounds!! If I lie, I only cheat myself.

I like it, like it alot. That is programmed really well. Good effort there too!
