Hey, man, is it too much in one day to do max loads of all the presses, deadlift and backsquat in one day? The presses would be how you prescribe: 1-1-1-1-1, 3-3-3-3-3 and 5-5-5-5-5.

I've shied away from these in the past, but would like to know my CFT.

if you are trying for your cft, reduce reps to single for all the lifts. your true total is still unknown because your at a 3 rep max and a 5. make sense?

Yeah man. Just making sure it wasn't too much for one day.

I'm getting another friend of mine into Crossfit; he's a champion wing-chung (however you spell it) fighter. He's looking for something that will strengthen his core and build his wind back up. I think he's come to the right place!Any suggestions for a good WOD?

a good wod would be any girl or hero to start.

the best "core" move will ultimately be an overhead squat.

give him a taste of "cindy" or "elizabeth" that should spark

It think I'll introduce him to a lovely red-head known as "Cindy!" After that, I'll put him through OHS's and some sit-ups. Should be fun.

try overhead sit-ups, where you hold a weight overhead and sit-up. integrity? we shall see!
